If you choose to sign up for a paid sponsor tier or make any other payments through The Leave List, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for those transactions. This includes ensuring that your contact and payment details are kept up to date so that we can process your payments and communicate with you as needed.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit or debit card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sponsor subscription or other paid feature at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Third-Party Content

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
