TheLeaveList is a community resource that helps families navigate workplace leave policies. We're collecting real experiences from people like you to create transparency around what different companies offer for maternity, paternity, adoption, and other family leave.
This project began from my own experience trying to understand parental leave policies - and from watching family and friends put off important career decisions because of the uncertainty around starting a family, sometimes years in advance. I realized how common these challenges are, and how isolating they can feel. By sharing clear, accessible information about company policies, we hope to make things a little easier and build a more supportive environment for working parents.
